43 Alumni for Biden hosted a virtual discussion with Tom Ridge, former Pennsylvania Governor and the first United States Secretary of Homeland Security. Governor Ridge stood with all of us and provided exemplary leadership during one of the most trying times our nation has ever faced in the wake of the attacks on September 11, 2001. He now stands with us again in supporting Joe Biden for President and spoke directly with fellow alumni who served with the 43rd President of the United States in our final virtual event before the presidential election on November 3rd. In addition to Governor Ridge, former DHS staffers and fellow 43 alumni Ed Cash and Organizing Committee Member Genevieve Woodard Hartley joined the discussion. Kristopher Purcell shared the PAC’s plans post-election and John Farner previewed our newest ad, “Truth” one week before Election Day.
