Longtime conservative Bill Kristol, Founding Director of Republican Voters Against Trump (RVAT) and Editor-at-Large of The Bulwark, joined the 43 Alumni for Biden PAC on Wednesday, August 19, 2020 for a virtual discussion about RVAT’s mission to help elect Joe Biden as the next president. In addition, he shared his views on the importance of character and integrity in public service from his perspective as Vice President Quayle’s former chief of staff at the White House during the 41st Administration under President George H.W. Bush.

We were also pleased to hear from 43 alumna Suzy DeFrancis, former White House Deputy Assistant to the President for Communications (2003-05) and former Assistant Secretary Public Affairs at the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services (2005-07) as she reflected on her public service and why she, a lifelong Republican, chose to stand up and voice her support for Biden’s candidacy in this year’s election.
